Refund Policy

What's the Oregon Cattlemen's Association refund policy?
Most items can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping charges.

Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
An item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.

Shipping Carriers
To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, Oregon Cattlemen's Association has partners with shipping industry leaders UPS, and United States Postal Service (USPS).

We offer one method for shipping your orders:

Standard - 4 to 8 business days
Includes 1 day for processing and 3 to 7 days for transit.

Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
