| CHARGE OF COMMITTEE It is the obligation of the Resolutions Committee to meet with committee chairs to define the need for and the meaning behind the resolutions presented to them for consideration. The Resolutions Committee will determine that newly presented resolutions are not duplicates of resolutions already in the OCA books, correct any spelling or grammatical errors and put the resolutions in their proper form. Resolutions dealing with policy of the OCA and passed during the quarterly meetings, will be reaffirmed by the membership present at the annual meeting. The status of pertinent resolutions will be announced by the chairman during each quarterly meeting. All resolutions will have an annual review, to determine status and proper disposition of the resolution. |
