The Oregon Cattlemen’s Association (OCA) invites your company to join us for our Mid-Year Conference & Trade Show on June 19-21, 2008 at the Inn at Cross Keys Station in Madras.
Over the years many of you have supported us through your involvement and sponsorships at the Mid-Year Conference & Trade Show. Through your generous support we can not only showcase you as an industry ally, but also increase attendance by minimizing registration cost. As always, the trade show provides an excellent opportunity for your company to display your products and services while demonstrating your support of Oregon’s livestock producers. This year’s trade show and sponsorship opportunities are outlined in the enclosed form. For those who are unable to attend, sponsorship opportunities are an excellent way to receive the attention of Oregon ranchers
New this year is an opportunity to sponsor one of our guest speakers. As a speaker sponsor you will be recognized in the conference program and the Oregon Beef Producer magazine, be allowed to display a company sign in the meeting area and have promotional materials distributed on each meeting room table.
Due to growing popularity we will be holding our 3rd Annual Golf Scramble & BBQ sponsored by the Associate Council. The scramble will take place on Thursday afternoon at the Desert Peaks Golf Club in Madras followed by an on-site BBQ dinner. In return for sponsoring the scramble and BBQ, your company’s name will be displayed and announced during the events, your company will receive recognition in the conference program and the Oregon Beef Producer magazine. In addition, sponsoring company representatives will be able to participate in the scramble free of charge with pre-registration. Your golf sponsorship cost can be combined with a trade show booth for a savings of $100. Companies are also welcome to donate prize items to be given away during the tournament.
